About the event

I learned the hard way that health and wellness always comes first and that the hustle culture doesn't pay off. If you don't make time for your health, you will have to make time for your illness - is how the saying goes. With that in mind, I am launching a series of health and wellness related events with expert guests to help promote our health while building a business and the life we love! All in a small-group environment and with a community of women solopreneurs - so you can network and build connections while you work on your health goals!

For the month of June/ July, we welcome Amanda Barcellos to guide us on a Yoga practice in the park and we will wrap the day with a social gathering and picnic (BYOFood&Bev).

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

  1. RSVP here on my website
  2. Make etransfer payment to Amanda to confirm your spot: $20 for each class to be sent to abarcellosyoga@gmail.com (please add the date you'd like to reserve on the notes comment of the etransfer. Choose between June 28 or July 5 - or both! If selecting both, the cost will be $40 for the 2 classes).

You will receive an email confirmation to confirm you are in. There is limited space available (12 guests per day) and spots will be confirmed on a first come, first serve basis (must RSVP and pay to be in the program).

About your instructor:

Amanda is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, Ayurvedic bodyworker and energy healer with focus on nervous system regulation. Amanda teaches a variety of classes, including flow-based movement practices, yin yoga, prenatal, postnatal and ayurveda yoga therapy. Committed to bringing yoga and meditation as accessible tools for people to cultivate connection and relaxation, creating supportive space for students to slow down, be present and to dive into a journey of self discovery and exploration.
