What is the business accelerator program?

The "Business Accelerator" is a program tailored for full-time solopreneurs ready to scale. Through six sessions and a bonus group call, this is your opportunity to have business experts to assess your business, refine your strategies, optimize pricing and offer suite, and master financial management. It includes personalized 1;1 coaching, group discussions, and access to resources to propel your business forward.

Session 1: Assessing Your Business (2h)

  • Discussing the current estate of the business, current challenges and wins

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Identifying and analysing crucial metrics to gauge the health and performance of your business.

  • Guidance to setup conversion tracking as needed

  • Setup reporting for ongoing analysis

Session 2: Goal Setting and Planning (1.5h)

  • Yearly Review: Reflecting on the achievements and shortcomings of the previous year.

  • Setting SMART Goals: Defining Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound objectives for the remainder of the year.

  • Quarterly Goal Breakdown: Breaking down yearly goals into actionable quarterly objectives.

Session 3: Strategic Planning (2h)

  • Strategic Positioning: Defining your unique value proposition and positioning in the market.

  • Tactical Planning: Identifying the most effective marketing channels, strategies and tactics to achieve your goals.

  • Sales Strategies: Exploring various sales channels, techniques, and best practices.

  • Action Plan Development: Creating a detailed roadmap with tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.

Session 4:  Pricing Clinic (2h)

Revise your pricing and product ladder: we will crunch the numbers and find the right offer suite and pricing structure that will support you in achieving your financial goals. 

Session 5: (1h)

2 weeks off: Implementation and Execution, then::

  • Revise content and marketing pieces together before launch 

  • Make adjustments as needed
