Relationship Sales Training for Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurs and Teams

Helping people say yes shouldn’t rely on sales pressure and outdated scripts. Whether you’re a solo consultant, a creative freelancer, or an organization with a growing sales team, effective sales conversations should be built on trust, clarity, and strong client fit.

This relationship-based sales training is grounded in years of real-world experience leading discovery calls and training service professionals. It provides a clear structure, practical frameworks, and communication techniques designed to improve conversion rates while maintaining ethical, professional standards. You’ll learn how to lead sales conversations that feel natural and grounded, — supporting growth through trust-based decision-making rather than persuasion tactics.

why learn sales from me?

I’ve spent over 12 years leading marketing in fast-paced agencies, startups, and purpose-driven organizations—often working hand-in-hand with sales teams to help them close with clarity and confidence. And for over 6 years, I’ve been in the sales seat myself—running a coaching and consulting business where every client started with a conversation.

I know what it’s like to feel awkward about “selling,” and I also know that it doesn’t have to be that way. This training blends real-world strategy with a mindful, trauma-informed approach to help you show up fully in your sales process—clear, grounded, and ready to help the right people say yes.

Unlike traditional sales methods that often rely on pushy tactics, relationship sales is rooted in emotional intelligence and trauma-informed communication. It teaches you how to invite the right clients in—with honesty, transparency, and confidence—so they can make empowered decisions that feel good for everyone involved.

  • Trauma-informed sales recognizes that both buyers and sellers bring lived experiences, nervous system patterns, and emotional needs into a sales conversation.

In a business setting, this approach teaches teams how to build trust, create psychological safety, and communicate clearly—without triggering overwhelm or using tactics that feel manipulative. It’s especially powerful for service-based businesses, wellness teams, and purpose-driven organizations who want to lead with integrity while still growing sustainably.
